• The rated current indicated on a typical solid-state drive may be 2. 7A or even 3A, but this current corresponds to the limit value of X4 mode, while the Raspberry Pi 5 only supports X1 mode, so the actual current used is much smaller than the rated current. Our design meets most hard drive requirements. (In addition, our company has an auxiliary power supply version that can provide up to 3A or 5A power to the hard drive).
